- Supervising the sales team assigned to the same region.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
- Ensuring standards for quality, customer service.
- Responding to customer complaints and comments when escalated by the team.
- Attending management and team meetings.
- Initiating changes to improve the business.
- Dealing directly with effective sales when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor in business or trade is a must.
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Arabic and English.
- French is a plus.

- On field and visits to the Head Office
