Associate Sub-Distributors Manager - Bekaa Area

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervising the sales team assigned to the same region.
  2. Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
  3. Ensuring standards for quality, customer service.
  4. Responding to customer complaints and comments when escalated by the team.
  5. Attending management and team meetings.
  6. Initiating changes to improve the business.
  7. Dealing directly with effective sales when needed.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Educational Background:

  1. Bachelor in business or trade is a must.
  2. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.

Previous Experience:

  1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).


  1. Arabic and English.
  2. French is a plus.
